All our pieces are personalized for you, so please allow us two business days after receipt of your order before dispatching it.
After dispatch of the order, average delivery times are as follows*:
3 to 5 working days for Egypt and Europe;
5 to 10 working days for the rest of the world.
*Please note, this timing is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. Bastet will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To complete your return please follow the steps in our Returns Policy

All our pieces are delicately handcrafted at our Lisbon studio. Created in brass and plated with a thick wear-resistant layer of 24k gold to a thickness of 2.5 microns, our durable pieces are made for your adornment for years to come.
To extend the life of your jewellery and keep it looking beautiful we suggest the following care instructions:
• When wearing perfume, lotions and make up, please remember to let them dry before wearing your jewellery.
• Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, doing sports, or washing up.
• When you are not wearing your jewellery, make sure to store it away from natural sunlight and heat in an airtight bag or in the box it came in.
• From time to time, use a soft dry cloth to clean your jewellery. This should be enough to revive its original golden shine
All our items are made and packaged in our studio by one person observing all government recommended practices. The jewellery goes through several levels of disinfection throughout the making process as well as before packaging.
