Shipping and Delivery

All our orders are shipped via trackable post. Shipping rates for all locations are Calculated at checkout. The Products will be delivered to the delivery address entered on the order form.

The package will be delivered through trackable post and will be handed over to the recipient after signature of a delivery slip (depending on delivery method).

Products can be delivered throughout the world. No delivery can be made to a hotel address or to PO boxes.

All our pieces are personally handcrafted for you, so please allow us two business days after receipt of your order before dispatching it. However, during some demanding periods such as Christmas, and holidays Bastet reserves the right to extend the dispatching time to 72 hours.

Orders made after 3pm or on weekends or public holidays will be confirmed on the next business day.

Unfortunately, Bastet cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

Delivery times

After shipping of the order, average delivery times are as follows*:

3 to 7 working days for Egypt and Europe;

5 to 10 working days for the rest of the world.

*Please note, this timing is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. Bastet Jewellery will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.

Extra shipping costs may apply depending on destination.

Please note that any change of delivery address made by the Customer following receipt of the order may bring about a lengthening of the delivery time.

If, at the time of delivery, the Packaging is damaged, torn or open, the Customer should then check the condition of the Products that it contains. If the Products have been damaged, the Customer is obliged to refuse the package and note their reason for refusal on the delivery slip: damage, item missing, damaged package, item broken, etc. This check is deemed to have been carried out by the Customer, or a person authorized by them, when the delivery slip has been signed.

The Customer must then confirm their reservations to the carrier by recorded delivery letter within a maximum of three days, not including public holidays, following receipt of the Products and provide Bastet with a copy of the letter.
